No. This is a one-time purchase per seat for the Care Associate Certificate program, not a recurring subscription. You won’t be billed again unless you choose to buy more seats.
Does the training expire?
Training licenses are good for twelve months from purchase date.
Can I enroll the same person again later (rehire, refresher, replacement certificate)?
Yes, but it’s a new purchase. Each seat covers one person’s one enrollment in the Care Associate Certificate program.
Do I get certificate copies as the admin?
Yes. Print or download a certificate for any team member who completes the Care Associate Certificate program, for your own records or an audit. Progress reports are also available.
